Emma Steil-Hinckley is a Certified Social Worker and EMDR-trained therapist at Kentucky Trauma Therapists, where she provides trauma-informed mental health care to youth and adults. Emma has completed EMDR Basic Training and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) Training.

Emma specializes in working with individuals who are navigating the impact of difficult life events, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. Her approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for each client’s personal story. She believes that healing begins with understanding and strives to meet every client exactly where they are—offering support, validation, and evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and resilience.
