Our clinicians specialize in evidence-based approaches for trauma and related mental health challenges, ensuring compassionate and effective treatment for those who have not found success with traditional talk therapy alone.
Position Overview:
We are seeking two dedicated and trauma-informed mental health therapists to join our growing teams in Bowling Green and Russellville, Kentucky. The ideal candidates are passionate about helping clients heal from trauma and thrive through evidence-based, person-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Maintain an average caseload of 25 client contact hours per week.

Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities.

Complete clinical documentation in accordance with agency and insurance requirements.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client care and outcomes.

Participate in supervision, case consultation, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology (required).

Active or provisional Kentucky license: LPCC, LPCA, CSW, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist (required).

Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed clinical work (required).

Experience facilitating or co-facilitating therapy groups (preferred).

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
