Alexandria “Alex” Carman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides both in-person therapy at the Bowling Green, Kentucky office and telehealth services for clients across the state. Alex works with youth and adults navigating the impacts of trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), ADHD, and complex anxiety.

Alex brings a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to every session, creating a safe space for clients to explore their personal stories and begin healing from painful experiences. She utilizes evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process distressing memories and reduce the intensity of trauma responses.

Alex completed her clinical internship with Kentucky Trauma Therapists, where she developed a strong foundation in treating complex trauma and understanding how early experiences shape emotional and behavioral patterns. She is passionate about helping clients gain insight, build emotional regulation skills, and move toward greater self-understanding and resilience.

Whether meeting in person in Bowling Green or through telehealth, Alex is dedicated to supporting her clients on their path toward healing, balance, and empowerment.
