About
My name is Casey Coursey Castor
Kentucky Trauma Therapists, also frequently referenced as KTT, began as a project in February, 2022. With the assistance of my loving husband, we wanted to make a safe space for clients to receive care and the help that they need for recovery from trauma.

Being a native Kentuckian myself, I have witnessed the impacts that poverty, lack of resources, and generational trauma can have on our population. Thankfully, Kentucky also has a strong sense of resilience. It is an honor to serve this great state as a practitioner.

Since 2022, KTT has evolved into something beautiful- a place for clinicians to become trauma-informed practitioners and serve our wonderful state. Our clinicians receive specialty training within their first year of coming to KTT in an intervention specific to trauma- including areas such as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) or Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

I am grateful for our dedicated team of practitioners who have made the decision to serve our community.

I am currently not taking any new clients and do not have a waitlist.
